The answer is Mango’s Event Management module where you plug-in any necessary activities (like drills, audits, staff reviews, review meetings, preventative maintenance and calibrations, etc.) so they’re never forgotten.

Mango then automatically emails the person responsible for completing the task and if they are not completed in the prescribed timeframe, further reminders are automatically sent. Mango also alerts the system administrator when tasks remain unfinished.

The Supplier, Human Resource and Document Management modules all have the ability to set up scheduled tasks which are they managed in the Event Management module.
